Aislinn has been coaching at Milton Springers since 2014, and is our Recreational Program Director as well as our Adaptive Gymnastics Director. Aislinn has grown with Springers from a young age, being a competitive gymnast, to then holding a variety of roles while coaching in the recreational program. Aislinn's motto is "Unleash Potential, Embrace Possibilities" and prides herself in coaching based on individual needs and goals. In the gym, Aislinn spends her time supporting and growing our Recreational program, mentoring recreational coaches, as well as directing and coaching in our Adaptive Gymnastics program; a program tailored to athletes of all abilities.
Aislinn's educational background includes holding an advanced diploma in Child and Youth Work from Sheridan College as well as a post-graduate certificate in Autism and Behavioural Science from Mohawk College.

Felicia has been coaching at Milton Springers since 2009 and is our Assistant Recreational Program Director as well as our Fundamental Program Director. Felicia was a recreational gymnast for many years, and has held many roles at Springers throughout the years in the recreational and competitive program as well as in the office. Felicia has been a key player in the success of our Fundamental Program, coaching within it since 2013, and directing it since 2021. Felicia’s goal as a coach is to be a positive role model and ensure every athlete continues to love the sport. In the gym, Felicia spends her time supporting and building the recreational program, mentoring recreational coaches, as well as directing and coaching in our Fundamental program.
Outside of the gym, Felicia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management and her hobbies include going to the cottage, spending time with her family, as well as reading, going to the gym and spending time outdoors.

Chris began at Milton Springers in a Kindergym class and later joined the recreational trampoline, tumbling and summer camp programs. Chris has been coaching at Milton Springers since 2020, and has experience coaching various levels and classes. Chris became our Youth Camp Director in 2024, and has since taken on the role of Recreational Coordinator. Chris’s main roles involve coaching in our recreational program, leading our advanced boys groups, facilitating birthday parties and supporting the recreational program.
Chris enjoys coaching boys rec, trampoline, and tumbling. Outside the gym, Chris loves taking care of exotic animals and going to adult gymnastics classes to learn new skills.
