Milton Springers Birthday Parties 

• Birthday parties are for children turning 5 years and up
• Parties can accommodate up to 14 participating children
• All children are required to be 4 years of age to participate in the party. While we welcome siblings under 3, parents are required to supervise by staying with them at all times. 
• Parents who are supervising little ones must participate in the party program and stay with the group.  
• Parents/Spectators who are not supervising little ones are requested to stay in the lobby viewing area. For insurance reasons they are not permitted in the gym area.
• To respect the privacy of all of our children/families, photos or video are NOT permitted during class/party time. Parents may arrange with the coach for picture time during the party. No Flash Please, they pose a safety hazard for athletes that are training at the same time.
• No food/drinks are to be brought into the gym, or out in the hallway outside the party room.  All food/drinks must be consumed in the party room only.
• Attire - athletic wear, shorts, sweatpants, leggings, no jewelry, long hair tied back and barefoot in the gym.
• Deposit payable upon registration $125.00 - credit card balance post dated day of party $125.00 upon registration
• Cancellations must be made 4 weeks prior to the party for deposit refund.  Deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is made less than 4 weeks prior to the party.

Please note: Birthday parties are not offered in the summer (July and August), long weekends, holidays, or during club events (ie competitions).
